It is a response of those in fellowship with God, who are giving Him the praise due His name. This praise is to be continual (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=1%20Thessalonians%205.16-17&amp;version=NASB\" target=\"new\">1 Thessalonians 5.16-17<\/a>).
