2 Chronicles 3 (Cf. 1 Kings 6)
Mount Moriah, which David purchased in 1 Chronicles 21, distinguishes this chapter from 1 Kings 6 (see above) as does the detail of the decorations. Again, the focus is on the glory and majesty of what was and who God is for the writer of the Chronicles.
